Supportive Training for Everyone

Our Beginners Health Program was designed in response to feedback we received from clients who were wanting to sign up for our more advanced Health Programs, but didn’t feel like they were quite ready for them. The Beginners Program is perfect for those who are wanting to make healthier changes to their lives, but have no idea where to start with diet and exercise. As a member, you will receive an initial health assessment to allow our team to learn as much about you as possible, then they will design a personalised training program for you to follow, that is tailored to your own unique goals and challenges. You’ll then carry out your plan in our facility on Holmer Road, guided through your sessions by our expert coaches.

Due to the high level of knowledge our trainers have gained through advanced study, we are able to handle more complicated cases and health conditions, so even if you have never set foot in a gym before, we can absolutely help you!

Personalised Training Program

Following your initial Health Assessment, a member of our team will be assigned to design your training program. They will take into consideration the results of your assessment, as well as anything you’ve discussed with them in conversation, to ensure the plan you receive is suitable for you and will get you the results you’re looking for. Whether you’re wanting to lose a little weight, help manage a chronic illness, or simply keep up with your family like you used to, your plan will be written to get you there. We will never use a “one-size-fits-all” approach to your training, and you’ll never be asked to do anything detrimental to your condition or beyond your capabilities. Your plan will probably push you, but in the most positive way and only forwards, towards a healthier and happy life.

Easy to Follow Nutritional Guidance

Every member will receive nutritional guidance that is unique to their own situation. The way we approach nutrition is to go through a process of slowly tweaking your habits and diet over time, to allow you to make small and sustainable changes that will actually last. This progressive approach allows you to form new habits, making it easier to potentially change your way of eating and attitude towards food long term. You’ll never be asked to cut anything out, or give up what you love, you’ll simply be guided on how to make the best choices for you and your lifestyle. Our trainers are all educated to an incredibly high level, giving them a wealth of knowledge to guide you both in the gym and at home.

Interventions Managed by Sports Scientists

All of our team our educated to a level that far exceeds a standard level 3 personal trainer, with most having studied at level 6 or higher, the team is made up of mostly Sports Scientists and Exercise Physiologists. What this means for you, is that you can feel safe knowing that your entire intervention is being managed by somebody with the advanced knowledge needed to guarantee you’re doing what you need to succeed. Any questions you have can be quickly answered by a team who use evidence based and science backed information to inform their decisions. With trainers being available via messenger and our Facebook groups, you can be in contact with someone for help and advice about your intervention whenever you need it.

Fully Guided Training Sessions

If you are a local member to Faultless Fitness Hereford, all of your sessions will be carried out in our private facility on Holmer Road, which is available to members only. With sessions being limited to a maximum of 5 members actively training, we can ensure that a 5:1 ratio of client to trainer is maintained at all times. This not only guarantees that you’ll receive the best possible support throughout your sessions, but also that we are able to watch you safely and easily, maximising your results and minimising your risk of injury. You’ll never be left alone wondering how to carry out any part of your plan, what on earth a “turkish get up” is, or if you’re doing a movement correctly, because your trainer will be by your side exactly when you need them.

Online Intervention

Our Beginners Health Program is also available as an online service for those who are wanting to benefit from the knowledge and expertise of Faultless Fitness, but aren’t local to our Hereford training facility. You will benefit from the same level of knowledge and support as our in person program, but your intervention will be delivered completely online. You will receive your training plan directly onto your phone or computerand by using the advanced app and software, our trainers will be easily contactable using the built in messenger service. No more waiting for slow email replies, this messenger system will allow you to ask real time questions and get real time answers (when your trainers schedule permits!). 

With our advanced plans being up to 6 training days a week, the beginners program is just 3, making it much easier to fit into your busy lifestyle whilst you are making those healthy changes. Although our programs are designed to be carried out in your local gym, they are suitable for complete novices, with instructional videos built into the software. Each session you complete will be fully tracked, with you entering the weights you’re lifting and reps you’re reaching directly into the app. This allows us to keep a close eye on your progress, ensure you’re staying on track and make sure you’re getting the most from your programs.
