Running Improvement Program
The Running Improvement Program, delivered at our Hereford site, is designed to improve your times, reduce your rates of injury, and make your performances more reliable. The personalised nature of all of our programs mean that they are suitable for runners of all abilities. Before designing your program, our Sports Scientists will take into consideration your experience and key competition dates. They will then use this information to create a macrocycle, combining a mix of resistance training and anaerobic & aerobic conditioning sessions, to ensure you are in peak condition for when it matters most.
Feel Confident on Race Day
The key reason why our training is different to other facilities, is that your training with us will be personalised around your own unique competition calendar using a macrocycle, which will be designed by one of our Sports Scientists. Using a knowledge based approach, we can ensure that you are in peak condition for when it really matters. This way, you will go into your races feeling confident in your ability and ready to perform.
Scientist on Hand Every Session
Every session you attend at our Hereford facility will be monitored by our trainers, who will help guide you through your workout. This means that even if you have never attempted weights before, you will receive the guidance you need to feel safe and confident doing so. Having a trainer on hand at every session will ensure that you never work too little, or over train yourself, which will help avoid injury.
Advanced Nutritional Guidance
We know that there’s a lot of information and contradicting advice out there about what you should be eating as an athlete, but we’re here to cut through the noise and give you evidence-based guidance. Our nutritional strategy covers what to have before, during and after your competitions. This will not only help you whilst training, but will also ensure you recover faster than ever before.

All of our clients are provided with our high-end intervention monitoring and prescription app that allows you to instantly contact your trainer if you have a question, see and log your workout, and send us data to help monitor the success of your nutritional coaching. The app is so easy to use, allowing you to access your plan and trainer from anywhere.
